How to transfer LOGOS4 PORTFOLIO from Windows Vista 32bit to Windows8 64 bit?

Can I go to my Profile page at LOGOS and download Logos 4 Portfolio to my new computer? I've been trying to find out on my own how to do this. I have done this before when I bought a laptop a few years ago. Now I have a 64 bit PC that uses Windows 8.

You should be able to find the download link on your orders page: https://www.logos.com/user/orders (assumes you're signed into Logos.com with the same user name you use in Logos4) . Just scroll down your "Order History" to the date of your purchase, and follow the instructions.
