NIV 2011 Visual filters not working?
My NIV 2011 visual filters aren't working. Not sure why, they work in all my other English translations. Under the ven diagram/visual filter icon, there is no option to select the filter.

You may want to examine your visual filter(s) to ensure that it points to the NIV11, or to a collection that includes the NIV11. The very top line should say something like: "Search [optional fields] in [optional range] in [optional Bible/collection]" Make sure that last option includes the NIV11. If it doesn't, it won't show up in the NIV11.

Richard, our filters are setup in such a way where the Hebrew and Greek filters USUALLY work on the NIV2011. We use the Andersen, BHS, and Logos Greek Morphology as our filters. When they're applied our english resource work as well.

Not sure what you mean by "USUALLY work," if you can't see the filter present. Do you mean the morph searches usually work, or that the filters sometimes show up?
I'm not sure which morphological system the NIV11 uses either, so I can't say if your filters themselves are the problem. However, it should still show up, if the NIV11 is one of the optional choices for resources. Please open the filter(s) itself and look at the options that you have chosen for them. (At the very top of the filter.)

I don't understand how Hebrew filters can work as the NIV2011 doesn't have an OT RI yet

Not against the underlying Hebrew (because it isn't in the resource).
You can create filters against the English text but I doubt if that is what you want
