Logos 5 on Mac

I have been attempting to get L5 to load on my MBP for the past three days. I download the .dmg, drag the file to my applicaitons folder, open the application and then I get a crash report. How many times do I try before I qualify for the status of repeating a failing task over and again expecting different results? This is very frustrating because I cannot even go back and find my L4 so I can study for my message on Sunday!

I followed those directions. I was more than a little nervous that I was sending a Logos4 file though.... not quite sure that was supposed to tell the guy who is attempting to find the issue with Logos 5.

Matthew, a couple of Mac users have simplified the process of posting logs.

The most convenient way to enable logging is to use the Applescript LogosLogging by KS4J. (Restart of Logos needed after enabling)

Then use Logos Log Scribe to create an archive of the logs on your desktop.

Use the paperclip on the message prep window to attach.

Logos 4 and Logos 5 on Mac OS X use the same path: ~/Library/Application Support/Logos4

Logos diagnostic log files can include program version as part of file content. Please use paper clip to attach zip file of Logging folder (hard to read log files in a web browser).
