Seems this is a recent problem. Windows has been updating things recently, so not sure if related.
I tried the following:
1. Un-intall/RE-Install
2. Holding down the Ctrl key and selecting blank layout.
I send reports to Tech Support and they came back and suggested I call them. Hoping to get some help prior to Monday. But I can wait as well.
