Download and Sort by Collection

In my grad work, when writing a paper, on my PC, I do a search on key terms; out of that I create a collection of the sources. I might be doing multiple papers simultaneously, hence multiple collections. It would be extremely useful to me to be able to use my tablet or smartphone to be able to download a collection, then search on a downloaded collection on my Android device. Does anyone else see this as a legitimate need?
