Need a PDF of 30 Days with Jesus Bible Reading Plan

Does anyone know how to d/l the 30 Days with Jesus Bible Reading Plan? There are many people in our church that don't have internet access so they are not on Faithlife, but they want to participate in the reading plan. Thanks for you help!

One option is printing an image:
Another option is using Print/Export to copy to clipboard, then paste into an Editor so can tweak format, followed by printing OR exporting as a PDF:
