According to my understanding, Logos stopped fixing typos in L3. That stinks, but it is what it is. But do typos that are reported in L3 get fixed in L4 & L5? If not, I won't bother reporting them.
It's my understand that all typo reports go to the same place regardless of origin.
Logos have said that the volume of typo requests determines their priority for fixing. I think the same reporting mechanism is used but you would have to know that the title is still in L3 format in Logos 4/5.
