Thanks Richard,
As a former computer programmer, I understand that bugs happen and I try to not get too worked up about them. Software is always fluid in my mind and changing one thing often causes something else to not work as expected (even with the most brilliant and documented design).
Thanks also for re-sending the invites. I could have done that happily myself, but thanks for going the extra mile and doing it for me--that's great customer service.
