I recently purchased the Verbum FOundations package. It promises me the Catholic COmmentary on Sacred Scripture series. But it's not in my library. I haven't noticed anything else yet but this is a major omission.
Please advise?

I am not familiar with the Verbum base packages… but it appears that you might be mistaken.
Are you looking for Catholic Commentary on Sacred Scripture (7 vols.)? It doesn't appear that this is included in the base packages. A similarly named resource, A Catholic Commentary on Holy Scripture, is included. Could the mistake be in the similar names?
Yes, quite so, Alabama, I did mix up the names. In any event, the Commentary on Holy Scripture is supposed there, but isn't

Thanks for your suggestions. sadly none of them rectified the problem. Logos is full of bugs, I find. It runs very slowly on my computer and I'm very unhappy with it so far. It's a shame because it's such a big resource. I gave the command to 'update resources' but it said there were none available. It also said that updates aren't available when working offline. I don't know whether it was stating the obvious, but the fact is that I am online.

Maybe there's an issue with your connection - Logos technical support may be able to log on to your machine and clarify the issue. Alternatively, you could try enabling diagnostical logging and upload a Logos log from a fresh restart and execution of update resources command
I'm still a bit confused as to which resource you are missing. The commentaries with the black dots are the ones you should have. Which one is missing - please give me the name exactly as it appears on the chart.

Can you give a couple of screen shots? One with your library unfiltered, and another with the author's last name?
When did you get your package? Did you allow the app to index fully? What platform are you on? What version of Logos?
