Logos shouldn't require much, if any, special pre-configuring as long as you meet the system requirements.
If you're on Windows, you will be prompted for Administrator approval during the initial setup. Most users are their own Admin, so this is unlikely to be an issue unless you're using an office/school machine with an Admin or IT/Network person.
On Mac, the likelihood of permissions issues are even less.
I'd recommend installing first, then let us know if you run into any problems.
