Still no Bible reference preview in notes for MacBook Pro Retina

I've been waiting for months, talked with multiple tech support people, had it passed on to programmers...still nothing. When I add a bible reference in 'note' it turns blue as a hyperlink. When I hover over, NO PREVIEW. I have to hover and press <command> in order to get the preview (using Mac OS - latest Mountain Lion). The automatic reference added by Logos previews fine (see pic).

The only thing I can determine is some sort of glitch with my MacBook Pro Retina. (Note: I have deleted everything and reinstalled fresh - no change). Any insight would be most helpful.

Any other Retina users seeing this?

Thankful that I received a quick response from Logos and developers. It didn't help my issue however. Here is what I received:

'I spoke with Development today. That specific tool tip is one that we are relying on Apple to make a call back to us for it to appear. What this means is at some point you, or a piece of software you’ve installed, or changed settings from, has modified the Apple tool-tip settings which is, in this case, disabling that tool-tip. The fact that it does appear when you hold down a modifying key also points to the fact that this is a system setting that has been modified.'

Any clue what program could be interfering? Any way to work around this? I have had this issue for months and can't get a fix.
