a recently purchased book not appearing on my library (ipad3)
hi,
i just purchased a book (a history of israel, john bright) and it appears fine on the pc version. but for some reason the ipad version doesn't recognize it (i did the same library search on ipad and it didn't show up).
strangely i don't see the same no problem for any other books purchased BEFORE and AFTER.
does anyone know how to fix this?

Some books - normally due to licencing restrictions - are not available on mobile devices.
When they are it states that they run on Mobile on the product page.
The book you mention - http://www.logos.com/product/206/a-history-of-israel-3rd-ed - only shows that it runs on Windows and Mac which is why you can't see it on your iPad.
There's nothing that can be done about this unless and until the restrictions are removed. Logos are continually working on this but this one is not currently permitted on mobile platforms.

I just purchased NT Wright's latest "Paul and the Faithfulness of God" and it showed up instantly in my laptop, but cannot convince it to show up on my iPad. the product page says it runs on mobile. any suggestions?

- Is your library filtered in any way? (Make sure you aren't eliminating the title due to search filters)
- Have you restarted the app? The device?
- Try the command "rebuild index"
In the future it is best to create your own thread, explain the issue clearly, and to provide important details (including hardware, operating system and software version). Just to say that if I type 'how to read the Bible' into the search box on my iPad (whilst in Library View) this resource is the second one down in the list that filters.
You will not have downloaded the book yet so will need an internet connection to see the book. If you want to see it while off line you will need to download it when it shows up.
