Error Submitting to Claim Group

I keep getting an error message when I click to claim this group:

Zion United Church actually left the U.C.C. denomination and changed its name officially in 2006.  there is no longer a Z.U.C. and I am not sure as to why it appeared in Faith Life.  We are now Zion Community Church: www.zioncommunitychurch.com and are 501c3 incorporated under this new name.  We hold the title to the building, etc.  I was hoping to get access to this group and change the title as I am the pastor.

    A group with that URL does not exist. There is however a group with this URL https://faithlife.com/zion-community-church-bellefonte-pa. Let me know if you have any trouble claiming that group.
