The Devil's Delusion by David Berlinski (even thought he's not a Christian -- yet, but a secular Jew). In fact I wouldn't mind seeing a Berlinski package including some of his mathematical stuff (i.e. A Tour of the Calculus), as well as his I.D. and other scientific philosophy-related works.

Oh yeah, and one more suggestion. How about offering a Philosophia Christi journal collection. I began subscribing to this journal in paper form a little over a year ago, but it would be great have all of the past issues from 1999 to the present available in electronic format. In paper it is $20.00 per issue, but maybe in electronic format it could be offered for a little less. Also, that would help with searching and cut and paste for writing papers - and it would save space on my already bowing bookshelves :-)
