Has anyone written a script yet so we can run 2 versions of L4 at once?
If you have Windows 7 Professional/Ultimate you can do it by installing one version in Windows XP Mode. This works really well if you want to run the beta and release version at the same time.
Otherwise you could install Microsoft Virtual PC 2007, and do the same. It takes longer to setup and load, and you might consider it not worth your while, but it does work.
Sun's VirtualBox is another free alternative. The issue for long term use is that you have to activate the guest OS, or re-install every 30 days (outside Win 7 XP mode). A virtualization solution is probably less fraught than installing L4 in different User accounts at the moment.
