Resources included in Logos 4 Minimal Crossgrade.

Hi All,

I have a question regarding what books where included in a Logos 4 crossgrade (http://www.logos.com/product/28576/logos-4-minimal-crossgrade)

I am a logos 5 User (Logos 4 Bible Study + Logos 5 Bronze + Logos 5 Crossgrade) but while looking through the Logos store I notice that Logos 4 crossgrade was still for sale (My Price was about $2.43 so it must have seen some resource I did not have and was taking into account the resources I do have)

I had a quick look at the list of resources and seen that it included "The OpenText.org Syntactically Analyzed Greek New Testament" so never know when I may want another Greek NT I ordered and paid for it and then forgot all about it.

Now some weeks later I have just went to have a look for this resource and I cannot see it in my library - I take it it is just a bible resource like other Greek New Testaments?

Can anyone confirm this Greek NT was included and should have downloaded or If I just misunderstood what was included?

NOTE: Maybe I should just say that I order the Logos 4 crossgrade after Logos 5 if that is important.

(L4 Bible Study > L5 Bronze > L5 Crossgrade > L4 crossgrade)

Since I do have that resource in my library, I assume it should have downloaded for you. I would contact Logos customer service and they should be able to take care of you.

The Lexham Syntactic GNT is similar and which I use more (easier to quickly see the flow). The OpenText is more compressed, but reading about Arc'ing a couple days back, it'd probably be easier to use. Not sure what the search differences plus/minus might be.

It's three resources, actually:

If you don't see them in your Library -- make sure you have Entire Library selected -- try the command Update resources.

You can also try sorting your Library by the Last Updated column, which might give a hint as to whether anything else was downloaded after you bought the L4 MC.
