• Added support for offline reading• Added reading view setting for preferred Bible
Thank you Scott!!
Just tried it: nice! Thanks for the work. Looking forward to more
Awesome thank you for the update...
Forgive my ignorance, but is there a way to save the books to the sdCard? If this is done through a WinRT setting I am not finding it, but if it is a future setting for Bible! then I will patiently wait.
Thank You Scott.
Chris~
Forgive my ignorance, but is there a way to save the books to the sdCard?
This is not supported by the current version.
Not to sound needy but its been a month since the last update. I keep checking the store for an update... Its killing me!!! Must have updates!
But in all seriousness I really appreciate the work you guys are doing on this. Using the offline support almost daily, I can't thank you enough. Without it my Surface would be a little less useful.
Just started using the Logos app yesterday. I have an Asus Vivotab Smart (Atom processor w/real Windows 8, not RT). I have also used The Word and e-Sword for many years. I've been "coveting" Logos for quite a while but haven't been able to justify the cost relative to my needs and these other offerings. When I got my tablet I was able to install e-Sword but not happy with the performance and UI experience on a tablet. Considered the Olive Tree Bible+ app but by the time I add up what I would want to purchase as resources the cost is prohibitive (for me). Desperately hoping that this offering will expand/improve.
One immediate question I have is as to whether I can purchase add-ons for the app. For example, I'd like to purchase the NET Bible from Logos but haven't been able to figure out whether this will be added someone to resources available for the app or how to do that. Any guidance would be deeply appreciated.

Hi Jim - and welcome to the forums
One immediate question I have is as to whether I can purchase add-ons for the app.
You can purchase resources on the Logos website - http://www.logos.com/products- and, assuming the resource are mobile-enabled they will be viewable within your library in the app.
For example, I'd like to purchase the NET Bible from Logos but haven't been able to figure out whether this will be added someone to resources available for the app or how to do that
So, as an example, the NET Bible is available and the information on the product page shows it runs on mobile
This is a resource I own and, as you can see, it is available to me in the app
Hope this clarifies things - if not, please post back

As I understand it, he is using the full version of windows on his Windows OS 8 tablet (the same OS running on desktop machines). When you purchase books they generally automatically download within a few minutes of restarting the APP, alternatively you can always enter "Update Now" in the command Bubble next to tools at the top of the Logos window.

Thanks! Loving the app so far. Would love to see notes functionality added to the app Looking forward to more updates!
Scott,
Any chance of getting the option to turn off the red text. I dislike it on principle and also find it harder to read.
Thanks
Ken
We have created a case for this. Thanks for the feedback.
I recently bought an Asus VivoTab Smart, partly for the ability to run the desktop version of Logos on a tablet (which seemed pretty cool to me). Having discovered this app, I plan to use it as well - when all I want to do is read one of my Logos resources. I can do that in this app now, but the one thing I'd like to see soon is a table of contents, or something like that, to make it easier to find a specific chapter or section. Otherwise, I can use the desktop software for any serious Bible study. Make this a good reading app, and I'm golden! Thanks.
My Devotionals do not update to the current date when I open Bible! How can I fix it so that it goes to the current date?
