Maybe nothing, but have you looked at the 'pronounciation' tool that is available? I am not sure if it will do the Hb, but it does the Gk.

I have wanted this feature for a long time, as another Bible software program has it. It is very handy to have, and seems to me that it would be a standard Bible software feature. The closest you can come in Logos is to prioritize "That's easy for You to Say" so that when you right-click on a name, the choice to open that book to that name is available.

I suspect it's not very accurate but I sometimes use the Read Aloud function to give me some idea. Otherwise I also use That's Easy For You To Say.

They should add biblical names to The Name Engine.
You can find some biblical names on Forvo (e.g., http://www.forvo.com/word/zerubbabel and http://www.forvo.com/word/talitha), but they'll be the modern Hebrew or Greek pronunciation, not Biblical Hebrew or Koine Greek.
The Greek Pronunciation tool in Logos (available in Bronze and above) will help you with some of the Greek proper nouns. You can type English transliterations into it by prefixing them with g: but it doesn't understand all the common ways of transliterating Greek names. For example, g:sion finds Σιων which is often transliterated Zion in English.
