Certificate Generator

As I create an ordination certificate for some deacons it occurs to me, a generator would be awesome.  I have done a few certificates (refuse to pay for them when I can do it myself).  While a generator would not be used that often, it would be beneficial.  Maybe I could even link an image to it?  Anyone else have a thought on this?  That's what I get for waiting (forgetting) till the last minute.  Glad I already have a template in mind.

Why not just do one in Word or some other WP program?  If you save it (Perhaps putting a place-holder for the name and office), you could reuse it.  It would probably be better since the formatting would be superior to what you would get from Logos.
