We are trying to import files from Song Select by CCLI. It tells us that the song has been uploaded but doesn't show up in our presentation. Are we missing something?
Hello David. Are you importing it via the accounts menu (in the upper right)? It may take a minute or two for the song to appear in your library from when you initially upload it. If you are still having difficulty, please provide some more detailed steps as to exactly how you are importing these songs. Thank you.
Sorry to get back so late, I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it seems to be working fine now.
