Mac 10.8 Crash on startup w/ v5.0 upgrade

Attached is the crash log, it has been crash prone after the initial install of Logos 5.  I was initially able to get the program to start to the news page, but now it never makes it past the Synchronizing window.  This window disappears and an OS X error display pops up with Logos Bible Software 5 quit unexpectedly.  Running version 5.0.1.291 of Logos, not sure if this is the latest as I can't seem to find a download link and the program won't start to update itself.  

I tried starting v4 so that I could at least use Logos but it brings up a message saying my Library is now v5 only and directs me to download v5 which takes me to the Logos website, but then only shows a link for v4.  Stuck and frustrated.

This is the most recently released version (there is a later version in beta testing at the moment)

There is no download link available on the web - you should be able to find one either in the email confirming your order or in the Orders section of your Account page on Logos' website.

However your log shows that the Logos library index is corrupt so it will need to be rebuilt.

If you were able to get the Logos software started then entering the command "rebuild index" should cause the index to be rebuilt and this should fix the problem. However, from what you say you can't even get to that point. 

Is that the case?

If so, then you probably need to delete the index file manually which would cause it to be rebuilt when you start Logos again - but I'll leave further comments on that to people who understand the Mac environment.
