I don't think I've seen this error before, but I think it could possibly happen if you ran the program with no resources installed.
You should be able to work around it as follows: hold down the CTRL key when you start Logos 5. The Sign In dialog should open. Click the "Use blank layout" checkbox, then click the Sign In button. The program should now open to a blank screen.
You should now be able to open the Library and check if any resources are installed. If there are none, this may be the cause of the crash. (And if so, clicking the home page button will crash the program again.)
I don't see any resources associated with your current account. If you have used a different email address to buy from logos.com in the past, you can enter that email address and password in the Sign In dialog that appears when you hold down the CTRL key.
