Can't Use Certain Fonts in Notes on L5.0b

When I try to select text using the Arial font and change it to certain fonts like the Symbol font to show Greek text, it changes it but not to Symbol but to Lucida Grande. I tried to change it to LogosSymbolUnicode and it became Times. This used to work in the past, but not now.

Have you tried the Greek keyboard? I find this to be a convenient way to switch back and forth.
