The Android team is pleased to announce the 2.3.2 beta release of the Bible, Biblia, FSB, Verbum and Vyrso apps.
If you installed the app via the download link you can upgrade to the latest beta by clicking on the download link listed below, download the apk to your device and upgrading your existing app. If you want to receive an automatic notification when a new beta is available click on the gear icon, selecting the “about” option then change the Update Channel option from “stable” to “beta” (no quotes). Note: This Update Channel option only appears on the About page if you installed the app via our download link.
This version introduces a new Rich Text editor used by the Notes edit dialog. In this beta release the editor does not yet support applying rich text styling (such as bold, numbered lists, etc), copy/paste functionality, or physical keyboards. The new rich text editor can be disabled, but we would appreciate feedback on how well it works on various Android devices and keyboards. If you need to switch back to the plain text editor, there is a new app setting called “Beta rich text editor” that can be disabled. Please create a new post with any problems you experience when using this new editor and include specifics about your device and OS version, including whether you use a custom keyboard or “Input Method” (like Swype, Swiftkey, etc).
If you discover any issues please create a new post and include the following info:
