g: does not produce Greek text in Trench Synonyms Address box

I thought the above Syntax allowed Greek text to be written in address bars in Logos, or is this just the Search window? Text entry was not Greek, nor did any word list pop down.

This being the case, how are words located in Trench or similar resources?

g:word doesn't work in lexicons, either.

You can make Trench a target by selecting "Send hyperlinks here" and double clicking Greek words elsewhere will open the entry in Trench (if present).

Otherwise paste the Greek word into the text box.

Really? That's quite an omission - but then I guess lexica are alphabetical, but even still!

Lexicons appear in the Context menu and making Trench a hyperlink target overrides your preferred lexicons on double-click. Lexicons are supposed to represent all the the Greek words of the bible whereas Trench has a specific vocabulary.

In addition to what has been said, one thing you could of course do is run a basic search against Synonyms of the New Testament, restricting it to Large Text (i.e. the headwords) - since search does understand the transliteration syntax, it will offer you the Greek words as suggestions.

I ran e.g. g:agapaw (note there's no space after the colon) and got one hit, leading to § xii on p. 41 (there seems to be no entry for agathos)

Since L5 was indexing something while I did this, the whole process seemed a bit slow to me.
A much faster result I got by simply changing my keyboard from German to Greek and typing the transliteration into the resource's box directly. The suggestion feature immediately gave me that there's no article on αγαθος but one for ἀγαθωσύνη (luckily it doesn't care for accents and breathing).

Since most characters are where they'd be expected on my keyboard, this is very convenient. With a simple click of the mouse I'm back to German keyboard for typing here.
