NIV 2011 OT RI Timeline?

When I bought Logos several years ago, one of the things that I was happy to see advertised was a NIV interlinear. That is one of things that enticed me to buy Logos Bible Software.
This was something promised and advertised. I have been waiting and waiting, and since then probably millions of dollars (right?) have been spent to develop new versions of Logos.
Although I am really super thankful for these new versions and optimizations, I think they should have put more people onto finishing what was originally advertised.
As of now, Logos is still missing the NIV OT RI. Reasons (edit) have been offered on other threads, but in my opinion, it's still rather slow (edit).
This is why I am asking that a date be given to us loyal customers as to when the reverse interlinear will be finished for sure. (edit)
Please understand that I say this understanding that even I sometimes do not finish the projects that I intend due to circumstances.
But Logos probably owes this to anyone who has seen it listed in the product comparisons and bought a package due to being influenced by this advertisement. This is the market--give people the value that they paid for.
I hope my tone sounds irenic and not combative. Logos is still the greatest Bible software program out there!
(I have self-edited and hope it has less of an "edge")

The NIV OT Reverse Interlinear is nearing completion; we currently expect it to ship in the first quarter of this year.
We have encountered some unforeseen, unpredictable, and undesirable roadblocks along the way. Unfortunately, some factors were out of our control, and delayed this resource (much) more than we would have liked; with hindsight, we wouldn't have advertised it as "coming soon" in our base packages. (As Yogi Berra said, "It's tough to make predictions, especially about the future.") I apologise for the lengthy delay in getting this resource shipped and want to let you know that we're doing everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.
In case you missed them, some previous updates giving insight (and not excuses IMHO) into the details of this resource are available at: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/54057/393818.aspx#393818, http://community.logos.com/forums/p/54057/421557.aspx#421557.

Thanks Bradley for the info. I'm sorry about being impatient. I hope you will forgive me. I repent of my comment about "excuses." It was intemperate.
Let's just say I can't wait. I know you work hard on these things.

By the way Bradley, does it have anything to do with the NIV being a functional translation rather than a formal translation? I imagine that would make it hard.

Imagine change to Logos Hebrew Morphology tagging being one of the substantial delay bumps.
Thankful for six English OT RI's with Logos Hebrew Morphology along with two Hebrew Bibles and the Logos LXX. Looking forward to more plus => http://www.logos.com/product/5960/hebrew-audio-pronunciations
