Logos 5 on iPad 3

Purchased logos 5 bronze but it won't download to my iPad 3. What am I not doing correctly?

    Welcome to the forum. I have no idea. Did you download the Logos app? Did you login with your Logos ID? Your ID is your email you used to set up your Logos account, you must use the same email and password you used for Logos.

    To add to Alan's response.

    Logos 5 Bronze runs on a desktop / laptop environment.

    The iOS Logos app runs on an iPad, allows you to access most of your resources but provides a cut-down, limited feature set.

    Does this explain what you are seeing or is there something further?

    The system requirements are on the "Bronze" page:

    It runs on specific versions of Windows or Mac OS X. It does not run on mobile devices. As other replies have pointed out, you can download the Logos "Bible" app from the App Store. It does not have equivalent functionality as the desktop product.
