CRASH RC2 opening collection in Cited by

Opened the Cited by tool within a workspace; alone; after a reboot and every time it crashed. Please advise and hopefully fix before stable release. Here are the logs. I thought I saw another thread on this but could not find it.

Was the stable released without this being addressed? Is there a fix please.
