I'd be really grateful if someone would be able to advise me on how to get a product that I bought recently to download. I bought the Keller Sermons on pre-pub and it is available to download on my mobile device, but hasn't downloaded onto my computer. I've typed 'update resources' into the command bar, but the only thing that happens is a little box appears on the bottom right of the screen saying 'Updates were found and will update automatically'. Upon closing the programme and switching it on again, nothing has happened! My version is 4.6a SR-1 (4.61.0.3356).
Any advice would be much appreciated!!
