Panels not syncing

I have the latest version of Logos iPad (3.2.1) and I have "lync panels" switched ON at the bottom of the screen, but my bible (in left panel) and commentaries (in right panel) are not syncing. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I suppose it's a bug? Anyone have the same problem?

Shawn - Can you repeat the issue? Can you give us an example? Use resource names & references if possible.
