I bought the program 2 years ago. I think it was Logos 4. I recently tried to open it after several months and have been unable to get it working. I initially opened it this morning, moved around some boxes to start some research and it crashed. Then I went to reopen it and it started "indexing my library." That finished and then it said I needed to download latest version, did that. Now when I open it it looks like it's trying to sign in, but then just crashes. I'm not even getting error reports no longer. I was hoping to use it today as I have a big paper to write and need the commentaries.
I use a 2011 macbook pro with 8GB of Ram, 2.3 GHZ Intel Core i5 with well over 100GB of storage left. I've used Logos on this CPU before and never had an issue. Can someone please advise what I should do?
