Delete Unwanted Resources

I just created an account and purchased a couple resources. I use Accordance for most of my research so I was hoping to use Logos primarily as reader for a few specific books that aren't available through the competition. This works pretty well on my Mac but on my iPad (where I intend to do most of my reading) my library is filled with a bunch of public domain resources I have no interest in. Is there a way to delete these from the library?

The answer is probably "no." Resources may be "hidden" from within L4/L5 and these do sync (to hide) in the mobile app. There are, however, a number of free resources which don't like to hide. If you were to own the resource, you might be able to get it to hide, but my guess is that you are talking about free resources for which you don't actually own a license. 

There is a new feature, however, which may help you (especially with a small library). You can use the syntax local: in your library to filter only the books you have downloaded. Since you have a small library, it should be simple to download your purchases.
