Error when contacting server

We usually connect to Proclaim with a Mac for our Sunday services but today we had to use a PC.  We were unable to connect to the Proclaim server and got the message "An error occurred when trying to contact the server".  We got this error no matter which login name we used (we have several users).  After multiple attempts with the PC we rounded up the Mac again and were able to login without any problems.

We need to be able to run Proclaim this PC some Sunday's.  We are able to use Proclaim from our home network without any problems.  Please help!

First, try disabling your Antivirus software and your firewalls just to see if they might be blocking Proclaim. If you can connect with those disabled then you should add Proclaim to your exclusions lists for those.

Next, verify that your local time in that CPU is correct. That time being off can prevent server communication.
