I have a couple of questions re the Proclaim application. Hope I'm not too long winded, but they are important in our operational planning.
1. From what I have read, I gather that an internet connection is required to successfully operate Proclaim. Once the presentation and other media has been "synched" from the "cloud" a consistent internet connection is not required as the presentation is cached locally on the presentation machine. My question is... if for instance the internet connection is not available for some reason or fails before being able to "synch" the presentation what then? Can the presentation be loaded onto USB beforehand from another computer and loaded onto the presentation machine to run offline?
2. We have two FOH screens that come from the same source and split into left and right screens. We have another screen on the rear wall for the worship leaders, presenters etc. In the presentation machine we have two video cards, one for the FOH screens and other for the rear screen where we can using Easyworship, project a different image for thing like discrete messages for the speaker, time clock, special instructions for the musicians etc. Can Proclaim utilise two different video cards in the same way?
3. We are embarking on producing video releases of our programs. Initially, recorded to hard drive, edited and published from the website. Eventually we want to stream the video via the internet (bandwidth permitting). Can Proclaim push out to another capture device or interface to an internet stream? Typically we could capture the presentation using the likes of Premier, however we would like to capture parts or all of the presentation to video, as this is important, especially when streaming live where there is not time for post production editing.
4. In regards to the donation feature. As you know the current generation carries little or no cash in their wallets or purses. When it comes to giving via offerings, they don't have the opportunity or means to contribute. Can the donation feature be setup to incorporate e-giving or offering based giving via the mobile device app? Can this facility be used to allow users to donate any dollar amount instead of a set amount, can this incorporate secure facilities for users to setup direct debits or credit card payments? Not just during the program but anytime too?
