Personal Books - Errors and Warnings

Hi, I built a personal book and after it has been converted I received a message "Build succeeded with 0 errors, 89 warnings." The four types of warnings I received were:

[Warning] Unable to apply topics to article 'A_UNKNOWN'. Article Length is zero.
[Warning] Article 'A_UNKNOWN' has only 0 characters.
[Warning] Bad aspect ratio for specified height/width on image tmp7991.tmp
[Warning] TOC Entry length is 261. Truncating to 256.

The last warning being the most prevailant.

Can anyone help me with these warnings?

The best part of the warning message is:

"Build succeeded with 0 errors,

Others on these threads have [tried/but not been able?] not been able to clear up all of these extra "warnings"
