Graph Bible Search Results Empty in Logos 5

After doing a Bible Word Study I click on the bar graph to the right of the panel.  The Graph Bible Search Results tab opens, but the page remains empty.  I saw some information about this problem with older versions of the software, but could not find anything current.

Some questions:

What version of Logos do you use?

Any info on the specifics of your BWS and the graph you wanted to display ( http://wiki.logos.com/screenshot )?
