Unix

If You are on Windows, select text with the mouse, press Ctrl+P. In the dialogue window on the right there is a button. Sorry I haven't used a Mac for ages so I don't know which key to press.
You may want to turn on page numbers before You select text, that's on Visual filters (the three rings right next to the book's command prompt).
