I was just looking through my library and found a couple of things.  Looking at the most recent downloads The John Chrystohom and other Johns are listed alphabetically to john not the last name.  St. Cyril has two books that do not show in the series labeled St. Cryil.   Luke commentary and responses to nestorius,.....

Yes, John Chrysostom is correctly listed under John, because Chrysostom wasn't a surname. People didn't have surnames back then like our surnames, but they were often given epithets (sort of nicknames) or were called by where they were from (e.g., Augustine of Hippo, Justin Martyr). In those cases, the author is listed just under their given name, not by the epithet or place they came from. Chrysostom is a Greek epithet meaning "golden mouthed." Other Johns that are listed by given name are done like that for the same reason. John of the Cross, John Damascene (which means "John of Damascus"). I'm not sure where "Cassian" derives from in the case of John Cassian, but it must be something similar, however he's sometimes listed as "Cassian, John" in dictionaries (ODCC, NNCD), so I'm not sure Logos got it right in this case. Then again, some dictionaries list John Chrysostom under "Chrysostom, John" so I guess there isn't any one universal standard.

The series of St. Cyril's works is labeled "Cyril of Alexandria's Commentary on John" (it gets truncated if your column is too narrow but if you hover over it you will see a popup with the full text) so that series label does not apply to Cyril's other works, just the 2-volume commentary on John.
