Logos5 Indexer Error

I have just upgraded to Logos 5 from Logos 4 on my 2nd PC. I encountered Indexer Error everytime I open up the program. I have checked on the forums and tried out some of the suggestions eg. to Rebuild Index several times but the problem remain. I do not have this problem on my 1st pc. Please help. Thank you.

Kit,
the log you posted says there's an invalid database at
C:\Users\ASUS\AppData\Local\Temp\DownloadProgress-3qgykhup.x2r.db
So - given that you have another PC running and if you're an adventurous person - one idea would be to rename this database and see whether it works then. This often helps.
Note that I have no idea what this specific database does, so if you want to be on the safe side you can wait if a Logos employee such as Bradley chimes in, or you may call support and let them lead you through a process.

It would be safe to delete that database and restart Logos.
Kit, If it crashes again then contact Tech Support.

hmmm
- If it says it is an index error,
- and yet the file causing the problem is: C:\Users\ASUS\AppData\Local\Temp\DownloadProgress-3qgykhup.x2r.db
That seems strange. did Logos change the db schema or something in v5 for the "DownloadProgress".db?
Thats all I can think of.
Might have been better to clear all temp files before upgrading too? (not that this would necessarily have worked, and not that a user should have done this - it should have been automatic when you ran the v5 upgrade exe)

Thanks all for your responses.
Luigi Sam: your suggestions work. Thank you so much.
