I have tried at least three different time to load Logos 4 for Mac on my laptop. It all goes well, until it gets to the indexing part and then it sits there for a few minutes, the indexing box goes away, the program opens, then nothing else happens. I realize the indexing could take some time, but it does not show that it is indexing at all. I have removed all files and reinstalled twice. Am I missing something or is indexing taking place in the background? I have let the computer sit overnight and nothing changed.
