Did your resources download - would have been a few GB and taken a while to complete? Or have you just completed installation and the program won't open? Please try the suggestions here http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_Not_Starting

I tried the link you sent and followed directions - still says "not responding." I have resources that show they are downloaded - but it only took up 2.08 GB while the info on website showed it would take over 7 GB - so not sure what is going on. So in answer to your question apparently it is installed but won't open. And the process only took a couple of minutes and my understanding is the entire process should take quite awhile. I have a PC running Vista
Let's have a look at some logs. Follow the instructions carefully and upload logos.log + any install/setup logs.
