For Logos resources, can search Heading Text, Large Text in Entire Library for Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric then sort by count, followed by looking inside resources. Found some resources to consider:

Grammar - take your choice there are several resources

Rhetoric - a handful in the Perseus collection (Aristedes, Aristotle, Peachum)

Logic - well, a bit of Greek and Stoics but .... where's Peter Abelard?

If you want to stay within Logos, the Perseus collection included a group of books from educational institutions in the American northeast in the 1800s. And within them they had discussions in this area (somehow mine all disappeared; maybe I should use 'search' but what?). It had a lot to do with the insistance on trained ministers being familiar with 'the languages' (since most 'classics' were not in english). Today 'the languages' are to slice and dice in high speed software while the congregations look on in awe.
