The Home Page Customize option "Show home page at startup" is being ignored and Logos always opens to the Home Page.
I can see the value in the UserPreferences2 database change between "true" & "false" when the Customize option is checked/unchecked but when unchecked on exit it is always ticked after a restart (and the database option stills says "false").
