Downloaded about 6.2 MB update for Classic Acts and ever since L4 doesn't start. Have been getting the yellow warning sign on the synchronizing button for the past few days too.

The logs indicate a disk I/O error - "Error in Read"
(Interesting that there was another similar one reported a couple of days ago - at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/66920/466079.aspx)
Can you check your disk for any hardware problems.
If it is not that, there may be some file corruption issue - but suggest you check the hw first

Thanks for your reply Graham. I tried deleting the user preferences folder but no go there. Then deleted the LibraryCatalogue folder and that seems to have solved the problem, in part at least. I'm still getting the Synchronization Error though. I've enclosed the Logos4.log file as it seems to be indicating a problem with the ElementUtility whatever that is.

It seems to be History sync which Logos have been trying to fix today. Does it still occur?
Hi Dave. Yes it's still occurring and as far as I know they claimed to have fixed this several days ago (Saturday the 23rd).

Have you tried Clearing history (in Tools > History)? I wish I could help more, but if it continues you should contact Tech support.
