I bought Lectures to my students vol. 2 and 3 today. After it uploaded my font got slightly darker in the program. I played around in the program settings but that didn't help. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks
Cheers,
Marcus
Ok, Marcus. I'm going to have to confess some confusion. Your font went from a grey-ish to a more black-ish? (Since black is black).
I'm only asking since I really like the Libronix font (nice and crisp, black etc) but couldn't reproduced it in Logos4/5. I went so far as to closely examine both fonts with a geology glass (21x) and found it had to do with the handling of the vertical pixels in the font itself. But that's not the issue you're talking about.
I had to switch from a white background, which I use in L3, to a light gray one in L4 because the fonts were so blurry. I have kept the gray in L5 and I haven't noticed anything--which is as it should be. Some things shouldn't grab your attention. But my L3 screens are still much sharper than in L5. While at Camp Logos right after L4 came out, I noticed that the screen of the guy next to me was much crisper and the font much darker. There seem to be many contributing variables in these situations.
Are you on Windows or Mac? Microsoft just pushed a platform upgrade for Win7 64 that may have some WPF or .Net changes to your display. It may be coincidental that the OS updates took effect at the same time your resources finished downloading.

Good point. thanks.
Ahhhh. Yes this could be the culprit. I updated an 'important' windows update today at the same time I did the download and restarted it. Maybe I should try to uninstall and go from there. If there are any other suggestions please feel free to give. Thanks so much....Good catch David!

The uninstall worked. Thanks so much.
Oh great. Now the hackers will look for Logos5 users. (Just joking)
