Crashing again

Logos 5 crashing. Had previous issues but was resolved through forums. Now a new crash problem has risen.
I am on a MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion.
Here are my latest logs (couldn't get attach tool to work).
Any help is greatly appreciated. I am getting addicted to 5!!

I think the Library index is corrupt ==> /Users/caseydoss/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/egqabd7x.tce/LibraryIndex/
But you might like to verify that by opening to a Blank layout and trying a Basic Search (if you open to Home Page you might want to change Settings & open to a layout without a Search in it).
If the search crashes Logos then delete the LibraryIndex folder and restart Logos (it will take a long time to re-index).

Interesting. Seems to work. So far so good. I actually was able to search a Scripture and use the tools. Any thoughts on how to get it repaired to where I don't have to open to blank layout consistently?
I got much farther into the program this time than usual. Thanks for the help thus far!!

Try a Guide and other searches.

Change Tools > Program Settings to open to a layout. Ultimately, I suggest you contact Tech Support for resolution.

Alright. Mysteriously crashing again. Cannot perform a search. And it is now crashing when I open with a blank layout.
Here are the logs.
BTW, about two days ago it was working flawlessly. Then I downloaded OmniOutliner and iBooks Author. After those downloads the crashes started.

Hi Casey,
I think we're having trouble with some of your Preferences. I think we can fix this by rebuilding them, but I'm not sure exactly which preferences are being affected, so I would probably rebuild all preferences. You'll need to open finder to the following directory:
/Users/caseydoss/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/egqabd7x.tce
Rename the following: LocalUserPreferences, UserPreferences, UserPreferences2
Additionally, if this is a recurring problem for you, I might become suspicious of whether your RAM or HDD are functioning properly. It might not be a bad idea to run Disk Utility or other diagnostics to make sure we're not getting Cyclic Redundancy Check errors or running into bad sectors, etc.
