help finding good books

I need help in what kind of books to buy

I love to debate with other christians, but my problem is always I dont have sources I can quote, like the church fathers, apostolic fathers or other lexicons

are there any books for logos about "what said the church fathers about.........." like a lexicon, also with the apostolic fathers or similar books,

    I am sorry that I cannot really recommend any resource.  As much as I like many of the the Church Fathers and as much as they have influenced me, it is hard to just quote them to understand them.  We are on the other side of the medieval debates about Forms.  We think that a "Rose by any other name would smell as sweet." as Shakespeare puts it.  That whole concept would be alien to their Platonic mysticism and that shaped the way they spoke about everything.
