As a result of replacing a mobile device I have unregistered the wrong device (i.e. the new one) from my account as it was not clear from the account details which was which. Any thoughts as to how I can re-register my new device?

I don't know if they can help you or not.
Have you tried something as simple as downloading a resource from the device itself?
Thanks - in the end I have deleted and re-installed the app - this worked (though it does mean that downloaded books are currently being re-downloaded!)
