My computer is connected to the Internet just fine. However I have a yellow triangle over sync button and I can't control via ipad. What's going on?
There are no known issues with the Proclaim servers at this time. We upgraded out production server environment at 2pm this afternoon, all of testing completed without issues post upgrade... Please reply back if you are still experiencing errors.
I think it was my computer. I was able to shut proclaim down and open it again, then it worked. It must have gotten hung up somehow. We've been experiencing other anomalies not related to Proclaim with that computer... maybe it's time for an upgrade.

We experienced this same issue on Sunday morning, March 7. It finally came online near the end of service. Had no lyrics for the first half. Wouldn't even see the March 7 program to open it. Got the little yellow triangle.
We have made significant server side hardware upgrades this week (Tuesday) and have plans underway to make additional changes allowing Proclaim to scale to many many times the number of users we have seen at our peak. We realize service interruptions (especially on Sunday morning) are unacceptable are truly working to solve this problem. Thank you for your patience and we really appreciate the feedback.
