Hebrew Morphological Search: Suffixes

Is there any way to do a Hebrew morphological search, but sort or filter based on the presence of a suffix? In morphological search, it treats the suffixes as separate words. Often, the "Result" look strange since it doesn't show the suffix on it, and the vowel markings have changed.

You might try a Hebrew Syntax Search as the Phrase has some attributes e.g. 2 x Verbal suffixes and one "suffixed" phrase.

Different databases are structured differently. The BHS SESB and Westminster do not break the suffixes into separate segments. The way we implement morph searching, this means if you're searching for all the suffixes in those databases, you have to run the search against any part of speech that can take a suffix, since part of speech is not an optional field in our morph searches. But you can use the OR operator to string all the parts of speech you're interested in into one search command. Then you can use the analysis view to sort based on whatever suffix fields you are interested in.

On the other side, the advantage to breaking the suffixes into separate segments is that they can be aligned better in syntax trees/graphs and reverse interlinears, and you can search on pronominal suffixes without specifying a part of speech. (Though if one is specifically looking for object suffixes, for example, one might still need to construct a search that looks at the part of speech of the preceding segment. This is easiest in the syntax search panel.)
